News: I gained every bit of weight back that I lost last summer probably within 3 months. That probably means it was unhealthy, unsustainable weight loss, which is sad.
Going at it again this summer! It’s easier, considering I’ve done it before. I’m not as SUPER OVER EXCITED YEAH WEIGHT LOSS like I was last summer, again, because I did this before. I want this summer to be my last summer avoiding shorts and tank tops. I could wear them now, I just wouldn’t be comfortable. I’ve lost 5 pounds since the beginning of May! So that’s very cool. I’m back to using Myfitnesspal, which really is a great app and helps keep me on track.
Been working out 4-5 days a week, equal parts treadmill and elliptical. I’m having a hard time working up the motivation for lifting, which I need to work on, because I totally want DAT ASS, guys.
My goal is to feel good and look good and wear my little black dress for my boyfriend and I’s two year anniversary this coming October. I want to feel good in a bathing suit. Heck, I’m wishing for a bikini right now. I want to show all those kids from high school that previously 210 pound Isabelle can rock a bikini and feel good. Woo. Weight loss.
